This section is here to offer advice and support to children and youths who have or are experiencing child abuse or neglect. A parents section provides information,education and awareness on issues around child abuse and disclosure with your child.

Our confidential email is for you if you need advice, information or support. Simply send your email and you will receive a reply from The Gatehouse®.

Our children’s section is especially for 4 -12 year olds. Sasha Bear and his friends are there to provide information and support. Our audio and visual storybooks talk about how and where you can get help if you are being hurt by somebody.

Our youth section is for 13-18 year olds and offers information on issues and topics you may find helpful such as recognizing signs of abuse, disclosure, where you get help, how to stay safe, bullying, healthy relationships.

Every parent or caregiver wants their child to be safe at all times and this section is here to help you. Information on monitoring changes in your child’s behaviour, how to talk to your child about what to do if someone is hurting them and much more.
